Recruiter

Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience in the Recruitment industry (mandatory)

Strong understanding of technical roles in upstream, midstream, and downstream operations

Experience in handling international candidates is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and Shine

Source candidates through job portals, databases, networking, and referrals

Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates

Understand JD and deliver quality profiles within deadlines

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
